Picked up Overcooked 2 in the Switch store sale just before Christmas. I shouldn't have slept on that game. So much fun.

Cookie Clicker is a masterclass in interesting progression pacing. As soon as you start to feel overly powerful you start breaking into the next bracket and you're stuck in the duldrums again, then just before it gets boring progression picks up again. ๐ช
Manor Lords still strikes a brilliantly addictive balance between panic inducing pressure and chill city builder. You always feel a few bad decisions or unlucky events away from total collapse, but still have plenty of options to prevent disaster and things to noodle with to improve your town.
Whoever decided to have teletubbies followed by Rudyard Kipling for the 28 years later trailer, genius.
Progression feels stale, seen it all before, unlocked all these guns in the same way in multiple other games. Missed opportunity.
Ground vehicles were a slight improvement on Warzone, but still boxy & without nuance. Movement and gunplay is arcadey with a little weightiness, vaulting felt inconsistent, overall not terrible. I need to spend more time playing helicopters.
Combat in the Attack & Defend and King of the Hill modes feels like a meat grinder. Frontline spawning suffers the age old problem of it being a coin toss as to whether you live long enough to play. Grindy.
Played about 5 hours of Delta Force. It's not a bad game. But it feels like it doesn't know what it wants to be. First it feels like COD, then I'm playing Battlefield next I'm in a DMZ/Tarkov light.
