To get the look, the green and orange really shouldn’t be tucked down to the cleats, the pink needs to be a little more vibrant, the swirls honestly need to be replaced, and the purple and black need a complete tone shift.
Hell the top of the shoe shouldn’t be one solid color.

I like the concept, BUT hear me out.
I think he’s going for a black light look. Funhouses and haunted houses in the area use it.

But the colors are way off. Most attractions rely on black and a more vibrant purple for the backdrop, with green, yellow, orange, and white serving as highlights.

Overall, absolute banging episode.
I’m so excited for the next one.

My only real “negative” comment is a request for a transcript to be posted somewhere accessible.

When I was introducing other podcasts to people, I realized some of them had audio processing needs that required a transcript to understand better.

So I beg for a transcript please.

All of the voice acting was stellar. The fantastical tone was set and when things got serious you could just HEAR it in the acting. Like, I know that should be expected but I’m still so blown away by it.

I have the feeling that each episode will be its own tale, thus explaining the name of the series. So that’s super fun.

There were so many moments where I had to stop because of how excited I was about the quality. Like, this took me over 2 hours to listen to. It’s that good.

Post Episode Thoughts:

What I expected was good sound design, interesting writing, and great acting, and yet I was still blown away with how good everything was!
