Il piccolo Mare Moscoviense e il cratere Tsiolkovskiy che non riusciremo mai ad ammirare da questo pianeta perché si trovano sul lato nascosto della Luna.

This is one of my favorite things on Jupiter: These orange gas eruptions.

The best I can tell is happening is that a warmer and much deeper gas (ammonia?) is erupting through a pocket in the typical cloud decks and spreading out with the prevailing winds.

Any other ideas?
