Dart devs on Github can use the PR health workflow to test if PRs introduce breaking changes, have licenses, coverage etc., see github.com/dart-lang/ec....

Or just use github.com/bmw-tech/dar... directly if you only want the breaking change check!

We use some tooling for that in packages from the Dart team - see for example github.com/dart-lang/i1.... A Github workflow checks for breaking changes using the amazing dart_apitool from BMW, and proposes a new version.

We're looking for a few good apps! We're building a tool to tell us when a publish would break the ecosystem - we'll pub get / analyze / test against a canary corpus of apps.
