Made a coconut cream pie for a friend this week. My first try. Hope they like it. Also, made enough of the custard to make myself a test of the recipe myself. They wanted a regular crust, I chose to make mine a graham cracker crust.
It’s starving then. Nothing there to eat. 😂
I made a pie to take with me to a poker night! I came home with second place & a lot of compliments! Best night ever!

I have broken down & ordered a custom mini figure for one of my two D&D campaigns. Our DM uses table mats & figures for combat, so this makes sense.

The Apple pie recipe was so good, I had a request for one the next day! I put a lid on this one (pie crust, not the container)! Friend said it’s almost gone already! Guess their family likes it.
Also made an apple pie using my culinary class recipe book with a few minor alterations (they said to use Golden Delicious, I used Granny Smith’s for one). Also, some ground gloves instead of nutmeg. We shall see. #FoodAlchemy
My friends enjoy my Deviled eggs. I’m bringing them to our D&D campaign today. Added some home made bacon bits to a section after taking this photo because everything tastes better with bacon. Or so I’m told!

Getting my feet checked up on at the drs office. Constant pain from being on my feet for my work is gonna force me to not be able to work sooner. Don’t mind the pale feet. I don’t do much bare foot walking.
