Here’s a high-res scan of a two-page TV Guide ad for The Simpsons season 4 premiere (1992).

Oh yea, it’s terrible. It’s not fun at all. It’s definitely sought after for its rarity and nothing else.
I actually had a chance to buy this at a convention years ago. Talking like 1999. The guy wanted $200 which at the time was a lot for me being a teenager. But looking back, that was a steal! Never seen it in real life ever again. I did play it via a rom though.
Ah, that’s true. I never liked that since it didn’t have a box, but yea, I don’t have that version.
I guess just to finish off this era, I’ll throw in my Mario Famicom Disc System games here. Missing that crochet game though. I’ll probably never own it as it goes for over $1,000 when it pops up on eBay.
They didn’t release Mario 2 for Famicom. Just Famicom Disc System, which I do have, along with other Mario games. But I’m missing a few to say it’s a “complete” collection.
Imagine blowing in that one...
From my video game collection - I seem to have every Mario (and Mario adjacent game) for NES, SNES, and Super Famicom. With Famicom I’m just missing DK and DK Jr. I just hate spending $100+ on each of them just to say I have a complete set when I’m not the biggest DK fan. I’m in no rush. 🤷🏻♂️
Here’s a high-res scan of a Sears catalog listing for Beetlejuice and Ghostbusters toys. Probably no coincidence they paired these two together.
Denny's has a Masters of the Universe Eternia Everyday Value Slam.
Between these bottles and the plastic masks we’d wear for Halloween, seems like cut tongues were just a rite of passage for us 90’s kids.

WB11 in NY.
For no reason, here's two Batman & Robin toy commercials that I recorded during an episode of Dragon Ball Z in 1997.
This line has to be in the top 5 cereal promos.
Yea I already have the bundle. Just never played it 👀
FAO Schwarz just put up a Strawberry Shortcake window display…
Don’t know what it’s for, but I’m more of a Rainbow Brite guy.
Here’s a high-res scan of a TV Guide ad for The Simpsons season 2 episode, “Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?".
100%.
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie was fun. I enjoyed it a lot. It’s not perfect. Has its flaws, but I thought it was a pretty good Mario movie. The pacing issues weren’t really THAT bad. The ending seemed kind of abrupt though, but overall I really enjoyed it.
My theater was giving a rundown of the 1993 Super Mario Bros. movie before The Super Mario Galaxy Movie 👀
That was a good one, when Twitter was fun. 😂
Here’s a high-res scan of The Turtles Awesome Easter VHS box.
A little misleading, this video contains two episodes featuring Hokum Hare who isn’t the Easter Bunny, but plays him for the Channel 6 Egg Hunt. Only one episode takes place around Easter, but isn’t the main focus.
“I don’t like the idea of Milhouse getting TWO MegaMan post from VGArtAndTidbits in one day.”
For no reason, a high-res scan of a Kool-Aid Wacky Warehouse order form from 1993.
Oh yea I saw at Nintendo! 😮
No peel-back resealable packaging back then either. Nice font too.
You're kinda making me wanna seek out one of those papery Chips Ahoy bags with the flat twist tie thing...
