Another Saturday Z1Z2 run at 185 cadence. But today there was a pretty strong headwind along the embankment, making it quite challenging at times. The flat pace of 5:30-5:40 turned into 6:15 due to the wind.
A week ago, a similar run took over 30 RE; today, I slightly improved the pace with 27 RE.

Геніальний, насправді, неймінг з точки зору маркетингу.
Як сьогодні пам’ятаю як він зайшов в Човен і на всіх гавкав в далекому 2020.
This is how Ukrainian contemporary art looks now.
Nothing new
Occasionally, I take a sick day not for the sniffles but to savor life on my terms: waking up leisurely, strolling with my dog, conquering a 15k run, and tackling personal tasks. Surprisingly, by evening, my mind is brimming with ideas for that presentation. It’s my version of a productive day off!🏃♂️
Я прям запамʼятав як ти в той ковідний час не вітався через рукостискання 😀
It finally happened. I just received my very first speeding ticket in a decade! 🚙

...and the unfortunate reality is, in our local market 🇺🇦 , a staggering 99% of cars are either from resellers or worse, from 🇺🇸 auctions post-flooding or massive crashes. 🚗
Absolutely loathe making emotional purchases, especially given my marketing background. But goodness, here I am, Googling emotional cars instead of something sensible!
New data suggests that for almost 70% of people, their manager has more impact on their mental health than their therapist or their doctor—and it’s equal to the impact of their partner. 🙄
Surrounded by the familiar sights and sounds, each breath of fresh air wraps me in a comforting embrace that whispers, "You're right at home." It's amazing how these well-known landscapes have a way of soothing the soul and making every step feel like a cherished memory. 🌿
Oh, of course, bro! When you run, you're basically an expert navigator, but dare to stop, and poof! Say goodbye to all that speed you worked so hard to achieve.💨 So, if you ever want to be stuck in the slow lane, just hit that "stop" button and watch your dreams of lightning speed go down the drain.
Oh, just had a delightful time trying to visualize the absolute “bliss” of losing a whole 1L of sweat during my evening anaerobic run. Such a charming mental image! 😅 Can’t get enough of the “pure joy” that comes with that, right?
The slower you run, the greater your endurance! Just crushed a 14k trail run, but boy, the scorching sun didn't make it easy. Saturdays are perfect for Long Runs. Embrace the weekend and enjoy! 🏃♂️☀️

That's the grandest one in all of Ukraine! 🇺🇦💪

Just wrapped up a mind-boggling ≈ 22k run, making me realize it's been a "mere" two years since my last HM on a stadium in Kyiv. How could I "ever" forget how challenging it can be, especially with my "blazing" pace of 6:20? 😂 Clearly, I'm a seasoned pro!
Well, well, just nailed my "second" thrilling threshold run—almost a whole 20min @ lightning-fast 5:00! The "miracle" of a high cadence has descended upon me, making everything "soooo" effortless and better than ever. Don't you dare forget about the magical cadence in your oh-so-crucial training! 😉
Estamos donde tu estas.
Exciting milestone reached! After 3 months of dedicated running, I finally witnessed a noticeable change in my body. The stubborn fat around my belly has gradually started to vanish. It's a testament to my hard work and calorie deficit. Persistence pays off!
Breaking the routine, I skipped a day of running due to it being Sunday. However, my training readiness was high this morning, and the perfect weather set the stage for a delightful 1-hour slow run in Zone 1/2, 50/50. Today, I'm feeling incredibly joyful and content. ☀️🏃♀️
Just conquered over 12k of intense challenge, battling through sweat and scorching temp. feeling like +33°C. The majority of the route consisted of rough, unpaved pavement, and at times, it felt like more of a path than a road. Utterly exhausted but filled with pride for pushing myself to the limit.
Thanks for the clarification! Your experience with the Google apps on your Pixel 6a is interesting. It's worth noting that I use a Pixel 5, which is still supported by Google. Also, I didn't specify earlier, but I was referring to the Google Photos in my original post.
Curious how the Google app on iOS runs noticeably smoother and more seamlessly than on native Android OS. 🤔 Any insights into why this might be?
