In 2024, raising funds was difficult and trust still fragile.

We probably will see a change in Hungary and we are crossing the fingers for democracy. Hopefully we see a record breaking participation with 80+%! This is real democracy!
We’re keeping our fingers crossed that Orbán’s regime will be voted out and that the Hungarian people can finally live without lies again. So that Europe can become strong again and Ukraine can once more receive the help it so desperately needs!
As far as I am informed, It’s a record turnout so far, with 66% of eligible voters having cast their ballots, and polling stations still open for another two hours. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that Orbán gets voted out!

Days turned into weeks before anything could begin.
Nothing moved without trust.
And trust had to be earned first.

At first, getting in contact with the military was nearly impossible.
Messages were ignored.
Admins and users on Telegram suspected Russian agents attempts and blocked the initiators.
But one channel called 155mm decided to take the risk and listen.
👉 That single response changed everything.

The beginning…
In 2022 the invasion began.
Many expected Ukraine to fall within days.
🦾 It didn’t
After the first shock and the push back of the invaders in 2023, civilians, volunteers, engineers stepped in. Not with weapons but with ideas.
