One of my keyframe paintings for Wakanda Forever, Riri blasting Namor into the belly of the Royal Talon Fighter. A tough sequence to communicate in one image. I did a number of roughs to work it out before landing on this one.

A fun keyframe I did for Deadpool and Wolverine. The director wanted a riff on the Pacino/DeNiro scene from Heat. Mine has a little less gravitas, but I think I captured what their interaction might be like…

I really love poster art from the early to mid 20th century, particularly Motorsports and European train art. There’s something in the combination of vibrant graphic compositions and beautiful, often very loose rendering that I find really evocative. These are a few from italy I just discovered.
