This year the Rural Obstetrics & Maternity Sustainability Program has expanded support for rural maternity and small surgical teams in BC. With a network of local coordinators and clinical leads now across all 32 funded sites, the team recently visited four communities.

🤝 Isolated Medical Provider Aftercare Team (IMPACT): This program offers confidential peer-to-peer support to rural physicians and nurses in remote nursing stations in British Columbia who have experienced a potentially challenging incident in the course of their work.
