And Wales.

We have a few advantages and we must exploit them.
We must make ourselves the education capital of the world. Now that trump
fcuked it for the US. It is a massive sector for the UK.
The time zone and British English are huge benefits.
Our moderate climate is going to be more important.

If they can slaughter civilians, bomb hospitals, bulldoze homes, then desecrating a religious symbol isn't going to overly worry them.
I can't help feeling that Christ would care more about the desecration of lives than the desecration of a statue.
Matt 5 v3-12.

That's horrible - poor you! Can you get the gallstones removed?
I'm still struggling with my back - first thing every morning it goes out of alignment. It settles down during the day, but it's very painful when it happens.

Morning Kaci 👋 I realise that, but I think they chose the wrong name for the worldwide brand!

Trump’s presidency is what evil looks like: absurd, frightening, cruel | Nesrine Malik Commentators have said that the US president’s clownishness and lack of ideology somehow make him less dangerous. They’re wrong, says Guardian columnist Nesrine Malik

This. Not only outstanding writing but, more importantly, terrifyingly true.

Good morning friend Janice. How are you? I hope you’re feeling better? ❤️

Her neighbours, friends and wider family were sad and hurt that she’d excluded them ( she didn’t want anyone to attend) and although we tried to do an informal celebration of her life it didn’t really meet the need.

My elderly cousin didn’t like funerals so she did a simple cremation plan, not realising that funerals are for the living. 6 family members turned up. It was awful- no opportunity for grief or remembrance. /

To add insult to injury, I’m reminded of it by the Asda adverts where people slap their back pockets.

And why does anyone that gross bloke in the bath is s good advert for cremation?

Good morning Ash. I never understood the name change- Marathon seems a much more appealing name.

Apparently the IDF have confirmed that it is real. Not the standard of behaviour they expect- unlike bombing and bulldozing the homes of innocent civilians.

Not my paddock sadly, but a friend's. And yes, the ground was pretty wet!

What would be the percentage of votes for Plaid Cymru in Wales?

I saw a small paddock completely carpeted in these earlier today - so pretty!

And for the record, 5/- in 1956 would be the equivalent of £8.10 today.
She should have kept it - an heirloom!

A friend said something similar about the choruses from Mendelssohn's Elijah, after hearing my choir sing them last night!

A pottery donkey, roughcast, painted with spots of colour with a matching donkey. Kitsch for sure!

In 1956, I persuaded my dad to give me 5/- (25p) to buy this for my Mum, thinking she would love it. She put it on the mantelpiece, then a bookshelf, then the back of a cupboard till it politely disappeared from view. I gather it's now a collector's item, available on Etsy for a mere £35.🙃

"Trump's Truth" - outstanding example of an oxymoron.

Many years ago, when I worked in the MoD , the Army held a competition between different Arms and Corps- cross country, endurance etc. The outright winners were the Army Catering Corps. SAS in second place. 🍔🍕🍰🍪🌭🥮

I do like a borrowed landscape- the actual garden is 30’x60’ but the view extends it very nicely.

And in the photos, you can’t hear the traffic on the A40 which is next to the garden!
