I have previously, but they're either insanely expensive, or they come from China, so the sizing is usually waaaay off. I got a 4XL onesie from there once and it fit my much smaller friend like a tight XL.

Belly standing 167cm
Belly sitting 188cm
Chest standing 157cm
Chest sitting 165cm
Waist (under belly standing and sitting) 145cm

I'm currently wearing a onesie from Land of Genie that has a 50" chest, and that's about as tight as I wanna go. So anything 50" or bigger.

And bear in mind that I have a big round tummy too!
