I almost tripped backward off the corner of a curb. I didn't fall but I felt every muscle, ligament or bone used to keep me in balance. I felt it in my calf, my knee & my hip.
I am going to be sore tomorrow. A charlie horse will come tonight just to wake me up for the night sweats. 😫

I don't personally know, but I live close to Bancroft Avenue and use it often as a bike path. I can use it as a reason to ride by more often. I can also try to recruit via neighborhood groups.
