To my giant spider friends, I appreciate all that you do but I would love if we never scurried into my house slippers while I’m showering to give me a big surprise post-shower again.

YES—I would rather do almost any dreaded craft vs weaving in all of my ends 😅
Cross stitch of Reptar from Rugrats. Just the head on white fabric in wood hoop. No back stitching so it feels dull.
Black back stitching has been added to Reptar and it brings so much fun personality and definition!
Backstitching is putting in a LOT of work for this cross stitch Reptar 🦖🧵🪡
Ha! I wish I could have been so confident during my driving exam—I had to repeat the parallel parking because I did it so wonky the first attempt 😅 I wonder if they let kids use that auto-parallel park feature if their car has that now 👀
Managed to successfully parallel park on the first try and I’m ready to make this my entire personality today.
Humanity did that. Science did that. Publicly-funded research did that. Excellent universities did that. Diversity did that. International cooperation did that.
Artemis II is a perfect example of what we can do at our best.
Welcome home, Integrity crew!

I’m eating the most delicious farmer’s market strawberries and watching an Artemis II stream. I love being alive 🍓🚀
2025 full color illustration work in progress A long haired tortoiseshell in a blue tunic crosses the threshold into a cave teaming with jewels, fossils, and plant life. Behind her is a canyon and village. She slings on a pack and her eyes linger upward, lantern full and bright.

My farmer’s market started offering weekly mystery subscription boxes of local produce and I signed up to support.

Taking action, no matter how small, helps to alleviate the feeling of doom.
One quick, relatively easy thing you can do today is contact your representatives and let your voice be heard.
If you have never done that before or calling makes you anxious, 5 Calls is a wonderful resource.

A colorful cross-stitch promo that reads: PI DAY CROSS STITCH NONOGRAMS. March 1-14. A new nonogram every day: solve the nonograms, then stitch them side-by-side-- and the picture is revealed! www.mathysphere.gay.
IT'S PI TIME
This year I'm doing a nonogram stitch-a-long to celebrate--
Every day from March 1st to 14th, a new nonogram will be released on my site (with two on the first day). Each nonogram is one part of a larger design; if you stitch them all together, the full piece will be revealed!
