Plump black/brown long-toed salamander crawling up a cinderblock wall. It was approximately one inch long.

Blurry picture but the only one we got. I was so excited! This is the first salamander of any kind we've found on our property. It was a little over an inch long and we were told it's a Long-Toed Salamander, one of the most common in our area.

I really hope this is true. Him not being able to get his adoring idiots to drool lovingly at his feet would really hurt his feelings.
