Beste stap voor mij was echter het probleem gewoon bij tandarts voorleggen en voorstel doen vaker naar de mondhygiëniste te gaan. Zeker om de "schaamte" en druk eromheen ook weg te halen.

Voor mij heeft elektrisch poetsen wel geholpen, zeker met ronde kop en een timer. Ik poets en kijk tegelijkertijd wat tiktoks oid tot de timer op is. Poetsen an sich lukt vreemd genoeg eigenlijk bijna altijd wel gewoon 2x per dag, maar iets aan het rageren krijg ik er gewoon niet in 😫

Vlak voor en vlak na een afspraak gaat het bij mij vaak wel een week of twee goed (urgentie is er dan) en door de tijd tussen afspraken te verkorten gaat het vaker goed, plus ik zorg er hiermee voor dat het zich nooit te erg kan opstapelen.

Als mede ADHDer: k probeer het al 5 jaar tevergeefs een vast onderdeel van mijn routine te laten worden en het lukt me gewoon niet als ik het 2/3x per week doe is het veel. Heb inmiddels daarom met tandarts afgesproken dat ik elk kwartaal naar mondhygiëniste ga.

I hate having migraines. As if the attacks themselves aren't bad enough, they have the worst timing. Was supposed to go see The Boy and the Herron today with fun people from discord. But here I am in bed, in the dark, with my phone brightness all the way down, recovering from an attack last night 😭
