The reason you get exhausted from practice and effort is because you think you have to gain something from it. That's why you see that time as a cost.

Imagine if you made a friend but every time you met, you only looked for something to gain. That would be incredibly tiring, wouldn't it?

Then your effort becomes play, and your limits become adventures worth crossing

Instead of complaining about how hard it is, just rest
If you don't keep your base camp tidy, rest becomes slow and the next adventure becomes harder
