Everybody should get library cards even if you're not gonna use them because it makes the numbers look better and makes the government fund them more.

I'd tell them to look after themselves first.

If you're burned out, everything else falls apart.

There are no high expectations, embedded routines and quality teaching without a well-rested teacher.
