3/ I found I was using the amp only with an external 2x12 or combining it with a EVM 12L in separate cab for the frequencies I wanted. So spent an hour taking thing apart & returning the Jensen.
With Amp improvements, sounds much, much better.

2/ Believing the Internet (I know, I know...) I also got a Eminence Patriot Swamp Thang 12 Inch to replace the stock Jensen C12N. Its a fine speaker but for my taste (where I kill the mids) it was just *too* mids forward. Sounded muffled.
