"The color is repellent, almost revolting; a smouldering unclean yellow, strangely faded by the slow-turning sunlight."
I made a "Yellow Wallpaper" piece back in 2017, but I re-read the story over the weekend and wanted to try again. Much happier with this version 🖤

The only thing remotely close to a gripe I have with the movie is that it casts Dylan Moran, who is an absolute legend you should watch playing the worst character in Black Books RIGHT NOW if you haven't seen it, as the absolutely worst character in it. My man deserved better
2004's Shaun of the Dead is not just one of the funniest movies I know, and brillantly cast, but also maybe the tightest script I've ever seen executed just right. It sets up and delivers every character and plot beat so well that it has NO business being hilarious on top of that
