To add on to this, he also performs all of his WoL tasks with a sense of care. Like… do it scared, but do it. Primals? Terrifying. Ascians? Scary. World-ending threats? PTSD-inducing. But he still does it, afraid and full of anxiety. So the praise, to him, feels unwarranted and not deserved.

Oh, Luka absolutely hates it. He doesn’t like to be the center of attention (unless he’s performing) so anyone worshipping him like that makes him highly uncomfortable. There have been several occasions he simply avoids going to parties or social functions to get away from it.

Omg legit the only time DRK even came up for Luka was when he was brooding and in his feels when Haurchefant… well left him. Soon as that healed more he stopped using the job. His Fray still exists and he can still equip the jobstone but chooses not to as a closed chapter of his life.
