Current Research | The Online Sperm Donation Project Our donor research action group have produced a report that makes a case for changes to regulated donor insemination. This centres around addressing inequitable access for people experiencing social infertility and the high costs associated with clinical donor insemination. They believe people should have the choice over whether to take the clinical route or informal, online route, to conceiving a child. inequities in access to the clinical route mean that many do not currently have choice.

A new article from me has been published in Public Law (now available on WestLaw), in which I argue that the landscape for bringing claims relying on Article 14 ECHR has been fundamentally altered by the UKSC's decision in SC [2021] UKSC 26.

The 14-day rule for human embryo research has been in place for over 30 years.

As scientific capabilities progress, and society changes, does it still reflect people's values & priorities?

As part of our ongoing review, we're pleased to share two background briefings.
