The UV1 only controls fat/fit morphs in CAS so if you close any vertical gaps that should help. The UV0 controls the texture maps, so dont worry about the texture for the UV1

There's some old tutorials that touch on UV1 but highkey it's an evil UV map so if it doesnt look obviously wrong it's probably not that

It's this accursed UV map that controls how the object morphs with the sim. If there's a big obvious gap that may be your issue 🤔
