She was stuck in the tunnel behind the train that blew up ahead of her at Edgware road. They evacuated the train and then there was bedlam all over the place. As she tells it, she managed to flag down a taxi, who took an unconventional route through Hyde Park because the traffic was just insane.

Almost, but not quite. :) From memory, there were 4 bombers. 3 on the underground. One on a bus. I used to live on the district line and my dallying about in the morning, trying to big myself up as a suitable, houseproud partner made her miss the train that blew up at Edgware Road.

Hanging out in Turkey. Having loads of fun. Also insulting in afternoon naps. Like the middle-aged guy that I am.

I'm about to spend 10 days in #Turkey and thought that my mobile phone provider would cover me for roaming at no additional cost. I was wrong. I am now looking at esim providers. I like Airalo and their prices. Anybody got something better?

My Sunday? Listening to a podcast. Tackling 100cc in the new Mario Kart on the Switch 2, and eating some ginger nuts. (There is no picture evidence of my trip to the gym or my cleaning session of the kitchen. But that all happened today as well. I have earned my last Sunday)

Someone is a little put out.

For those that know, this is a picture of my Huawei P20 Pro. And within its gallery app, is a way to obscure parts of the image with this mosaic function. My Google Pixel doesn't have this and I have spent literally years, trying to find a gallery app that does this. Anybody got a solution?

Google Gemini integrated in the Gmail app can be incredible. In my Gmail app, I have 4 different email accounts. And apparently, about 70,000 emails. I just asked Gemini a question and it found the answer in about 8 seconds. Insane
