Why in the fresh hell have I woken up before 6am with 'I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas' blaring in my head???

The Darkbeast Paarl achievement unlocked in Bloodborne
The Shadow of Yharnam achievement unlocked in Bloodborne
Rom, the Vacuous Spider achievement unlocked in Bloodborne
Bloodborne continues to Bloodborne. Still glad finally got Paarl. He was a right bastard! ๐
Pen scribble of a monster roaring, displaying copious long, sharp teeth
Felt crap. I yearn to bite my problems. Sadly that ain't socially acceptable. Scribbled a monster instead.
The last several months have been hellish & I just want something to go right for a fucking change. But I can't even do this.
Spent several days (due to work & life interruptions) painting my bathroom, trying to make it a nicer space. While removing the frog tape, it ripped the paint on almost every wall & the skirting board below it, which was painted the month prior. Feel so fucking defeated.
May you recover swiftly! ๐ซ
Springtime is getting a little spookier in Leith with the inaugural Fiends In The Furrows, a folk horror film festival organised by community cinema mavens Leith Kino and Cinetopia.
Included in the line-up are classics such as The Wicker Man, The Lair Of The White Worm and The Village, plus more.

Happy international asexuality day!!! ๐ค๐๐ค
didn't know what to draw so here are some pidgeons ๐๏ธ
Notes reading: "met, found and killed Father Gascoigne on the 1st try?! Got the shit kicked out of me by some crows."
So I have a journal system for my playthrough of Bloodborne, since there's no in game quest tracker & sometimes I go months between play sessions.
This is fun because it means I get to come back and reminisce on iconic highs that are immediately followed up by pride-shatteringly humbling lows!
I'm so excited for you! ๐
I've been waiting to be able to say this:
Polish language edition of Wise Women is coming in early 2027 from Imaginarium RPG!
I've wanted my game to come out in my native language for a long while and I'm so excited that it's finally happening.
The cover for Evil Roots: Killer Tales Of The Botanical Gothic Features a black background, with a green illustration of many leaves and a single hand, outstretched, as if consumed by them.
Oops, I've been doing a bad job with the reading, but I've been ill, and finally finished @blpublishing.bsky.social's Evil Roots ๐ฅ๐ฟ
Another short story collection, this time focusing on botanical horror. If gothic tales of killer plants sound up your street, then this is an excellent collection!
I don't know if the internet has really hit some new stage or if I've hit a certain age but I've ben feeling this enormous sense of loss for what we had. I used to be able to explore endlessly but everything's been paved over and what little space remains between the walls is poisonous. It hurts.
Omg nope nope nope! ๐
May it bring you home swiftly! ๐
Massive hugs. May you escape the mindless labyrinth of whiskey and perfume soon!
Nothing new this time. I suspect I wouldn't enjoy sitting in a busy, loud hall with hundreds of strangers observing as I get tattooed! ๐
But thank you so much! Fingers crossed! ๐ค

NGL gang, things have been rough here. The last 9 months have been so emotionally draining & I feel like I'm barely hanging together these days.
But I did manage to leave the house today & go to the Scottish Tattoo Convention, despite my depression trying to beat me back into my pit with a stick.
I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you can take the time you need to process and grieve at your own pace.

A Cold Spell - winter supplement for Wise Women is now available to download.
It includes some setting inspiration, additional rules for finding plants and a ready-made adventure.
This has been long in the making and it's out just for the end of winter. But what if the snow refused to melt?
Maria's work is (as always) so beautiful! ๐
A minimalist illustration depicting a single black branch against a grey background. Several white icicles are hanging off the branch.
A black and white illustration depicting a forest growing over snow-covered ground. Several white, thin trunks of smaller trees can be seen against the background of dark, taller and denser evergreen vegetation.
A black and white illustration depicts a withered, dry plant with no leaves and thin stalks. In the background there is snow-covered ground and blurred dark shapes of trees.
Have a look at these illustrations for the new winter supplement for Wise Women (coming this week). I was so excited when I saw them!
