Israel strikes Beirut after saying Iran ceasefire does not apply there

Hundreds of Lebanese civilians killed and injured across various regions of Lebanon as a result of the large-scale Israeli strikes today, with 137 airstrikes recorded within half an hour, including 100 strikes in the first ten minutes alone.

The Israeli army killed the Palestinian journalist Mohammad Samir Washah, a correspondent for Al Jazeera Mubasher, in an Israeli strike that targeted a vehicle west of Gaza City.
