Medkit's right hand is also injured from an explosive source. His left hand is holding a scalpel, in a position to stab. Behind the wall is a shadowy figure of Subspace, but his appearance have became more akin to that of a demonic monster - with heavy pink smoke and a foggy appearance. His hand is holding a crystal, while his right has been morphed into a pink claw, similar to the crystals.
