I need you to understand that if you heard a song you liked in the 80s, you couldn’t Shazam it. You couldn’t Google the lyrics. You had to sing it to the guy at Tower Records.

One of the worst trends I've seen in 'leadership' in my many years of the game industry is this tendency to penalize the person who points out inappropriate / destructive / etc behavior.
