It was certainly theorized, because the timing of it happening whilst David's panel was about to go on that morning was quite convenient. I was helping a friend on a stall who suffers from fibromyalgia and the nearest toilet from them on ground level was so far away.

Got to meet Kimiko Glenn today and ask Patton Oswalt an acting related question. MCM London was damn good, but the only sour thing was they shut off the lifts on Saturday morning, so people couldn't "accidentally" run into David Tennant and other VIP guests.
