The fast way I’ve gotten out of it is going back to my mindset in art school: Draw the boring. The still life. The studies. Anything that’s not your usual go-to. A break from the usual helps you re-focus on what you want. Most likely you are in an in-between of growth. But sleep does help too! 🥹
