There are lots of tools for research, but while AI is hallucinating stats from an article or an agency is winging it with branding, there's no substitute for good old-fashion talking human-to-human.

I keep reading posts saying “Apple will be the big AI winner.” Well, I have a possessed HomePod mini that starts and stops playing music randomly, 3 years of “me too” support posts with no real answers, and if I ask Siri why she’s playing music, the reply is “I don’t understand” 🤷‍♀️.

🗳️ First time I ever got a snack after early #voting.

One of the ladies at the polling station had a massive tray of brownies next to the ballot drop for voters.

The takeaway: Vote like democracy depends on it - and perhaps get a tasty treat.

There is no way for normal, human fingers to remove a cupcake from this tray without getting icing on them.

❓ My question: Design flaw or feature?
