Wanted to put all my thoughts in one place re: the RJVinnie, Paypal, and scam situation, so that's what this is. If you're just joining us, RJ has stepped up the bullying to commit actual, legitimate fraud. You can read the details on that here. A lot of evidence is provided by multiple parties.

for other artists out there, i would suggest doing your own research on the pros/cons of pp business accs vs personal ones. but once again take my warnings with a grain of salt..

not trying to excuse the culprit either, but its also possible that the refund requests were (4)

in the past, i have recieved scam-looking commission requests/people asking me for commissions specifically through a paypal business account. again, i am clueless when it comes to this stuff, but id say not having a paypal business account has saved my ass many many times now(3)

would have. i suspect this is because i dont actually have a business paypal, i use my personal one. however i am also incredibly offline recently so its also possible that someone got the scammer to retract the refund requests from the artists, i would have no idea. (2)
