guys. i realised qhy i had insomnia. instead of my 2 seroquel pills i took 2 ssri pills. (and my normal ssri amount rn is one pill)

my body is simply not going into sleep mode bc it doesnt recognize the bed as the sleeping spot

in my childhood bedroom bc im kicked out over the weekend and bruh i cannot sleep
