Beowulf!!

The Exile, the god of banishment whose body is endlessly duplicating into a serpentine form. It has two heads, one made of bone resembling a whale skull, the other like a worm that rest within it's twin.

The Exile known as a "Heart-Eater" is a common form of Exile, skinny and deformed with arms for mandibles and a skull peeking through a slit. It's chest cavity pumps like the hearts it consumes.

A Contemptor is a hovering organic sphere with spider-like fingers it uses to manipulate reality to match the nature of The Exile. Two skulls peer from a slit in the orb.

Flayers are the most humanoid Exiles, having to be literally born into the world via a rune marked fetus. Flayers have skinny limbs, but are bloated with "neural-blubber" which fattens with brains consumed. They organize cults to ensure more passage of Exiles into reality.

Some commission work.

The Exiles are products of The Exile, a god born cancerous and banished by the primordial pantheon to the spaces between reality, like a centipede behind the walls.

Exiles come into reality through runic "slits" made in sacrifices that allow them to be "born" into the world.
