The Japan Times’ Dictionary of Japanese Grammar series is bulky. It's also pretty costly. The complete set will set you back slightly over USD $100. But if you’re a serious student of the language, they’re worth the investment.

I fixed this! You just need to adjust at what hour AND minute you go to sleep. For example i go to bed at 21.00 sharp. İf i go to bed even 30 minutes late , i keep waking up after 4 and 6 hours.
