I'm 3 weeks away from my 2 week vacation.

I think I need more 2 weeks vacations since I'm usually still in work mode the first week, then in full vacation mode the second week.

I can't use professional camera gear at Otafest, but I want to bring some in case I want to do some photoshoots outside of the con.

I don't have anything planned for the rest of this month. Unless someone wants to do something, I'm focusing on my plans for May.

I thought you had to take the picture at Yeticon this year, but this makes more sense 😄

I had a good time in Toronto. There was a lot of food, little shopping (thanks to Good Friday & Easter Sunday), and some photoshoots!

The bad thing about early morning trips is waking up early 🙃

Test shots taken during today's photoshoot. I used Fou to see how the pictures would turn out before shooting with the cosplayer.

This weekend, I'm going to be packing for my trip to Toronto. I regret not taking a day off the day before I leave 😅

I usually take a day off the day before Otakuthon, but I don't think I will do that this year. Instead, I will take two days off after con (Monday & Tuesday).

I booked my flight to Calgary! I think I got a good deal 🙂

I prefer taking the train to Toronto over taking the plane. I don't have to get to the train station early to drop off my luggage, I don't have to go through security, the hotel is within walking distance of the train station. Plus, the price is usually better.

I want to do some more Darkstalkers shoots. I would love to shoot Morrigan, Jon Talbain or Lord Raptor.

After thinking about it, I'm a bit hesitant to do it since some categories require pre-con planning, along with getting the Yeticon weather to work with you (because it's unpredictable), and taking time off from the con to edit pics 😅
