how does one figure out what jobs to even look for, what jobs i'd be eligible/qualified for?
i was never guided in any way in that regard, and the pool of jobs in this town is so small and narrow i just look at the job market elsewhere, then get overwhelmed/scared by it and do nothing

that's what i don't feel motivation for most of the time. only when the stars in my head align. tend to be the best arts that i make, imo.
i'm afraid to say that i've committed to doing art purely because someone made me aware it can make money, and as such - i've entered with the worst possible goal and mindset. never quite managed to find any different drive to create that wouldn't just come and go randomly, now i'm worse off for it.
how does one find motivation to create, while feeling like it's all repetitive, inferior and "no one cares"?
how does one regain the joy and fun from the process, after it was already lost somewhere along the way?
