My Mom paid a good bit of money for those merch items and they were the only things she was able to get me for Christmas which are just gone now. This has really upset us.
I love the shows and merch, but this experience has made me not want to support @glitchprod.com in the future.

It's been over a month since I sent them the Tracking Info for the shipment and I haven't heard anything back from them.
I had to pay $80+ to ship it overseas to them to then just get essentially ghosted.
I've tried submitting a new Customer Service request, but got no response.
I'm disappointed with @glitchprod.com Customer Service.
I Iove their merch, so my mom bought me 2 shirts and a hoodie from them for Christmas. But they were sadly a size too small.
Customer service said If I ship them the clothes that they will do an exchange for a new size (Part1)
I did my first MultiStream on YouTube and Twitch yesterday.
Other than the initial annoying trouble shooting starting the stream, it went well!
I was also Playing Megabonk which was a fun time!
So at least for now i think I'll continue to Multistream
