@frshbaked.bsky.social Was just watching todays video where you said single pass for rise is $20. Checked my app and today single pass is $27/person. It’s obscene.

2. Communications
3. Double major in comms & drama & media studies cert.

Yup. Grateful for the discord to keep following along.
….that DCA insert shot is perfect.
They’ve been married 15 years and we’ve been doing variations on this since before that. It’s my favourite tradition.
We are saving it for Christmas Eve. Every year I get together with my gay besties and we save all the best sounding holiday movies to watch while eating charcuterie and drinking sparkling wine. I am so looking forward to it.
One of these years I’ll make it up there in winter.
A reminder: If you're visiting loved ones over the holidays, and you notice that someone has lost or gained weight or is eating more or less than usual, that's great. Excellent observation skills on your part. Now--and here's the crucial part--keep your mouth shut and mind your own damn business!
It’s less “slippy” so it took more effort to skate - I didn’t love it.
No, the one I skated on was definitely fancy plastic. It was at Ontario Place in either 2017 or 2018. (I can’t find my photos but they were doing some winter activity thing in the area).
The only place I’ve skated on synthetic ice was actually in Toronto. Apparently Toronto now has a bunch of synthetic rinks because climate change.
Never change.
I support these choices. (Tree at my place is going up tomorrow)
I am sooooo excited to see it on Tuesday.
Grateful to have the @fatedmates.net episode right now. I woke up at 3:30 after having a stress dream about a work event that’s 8.5 months away. Listening to calm my nerves by thinking about escaping into a great book.
Imma need some of you to think about thriving out of spite. I had big plans for 2025 and I’m definitely not gonna pre-derail them for likes of Elin and Tromp. I’m getting more involved. Loving harder. Writing hornier. Having more fun. I’m gonna be so kind to my neighbors, bitch.
Lois, a grinning white woman with square teal glasses, brown hair pulled back and a green shirt is sparkling at the camera. Above her, white twinkle lights zig zag from the ceiling interspersed with green and teal sparkling decorations.
2024 has been a pretty shit year. I’m doing two things to try to end on a high note.
1 - I am leaning in to *SPARKLE SEASON* with early holiday decor.
2 - Whenever I go shopping, I grab an item <$15 to donate to the local Christmas bureau.
I am determined to end 2024 with joy.

She is wearing a grey tank top with a large, colourful D on it, teal sunglasses, and rainbow sequins Minnie Mouse ears. She is wearing a knee length black dress with blue and green polka dots and teal sunglasses. She is holding a teal clipboard and speaking into a wireless microphone. The symphony members are smiling and holding a variety of string instruments including violins, basses, and cellos. The stage is under an arched white tent and trees are visible in the background.
Hi! I’m a former theatre stage manager turned civic event producer. I’m a romance reader (hundreds of books a year). My favourite place to be is the base of a waterfall. Theme parks are my happy place. Looking forward to new conversations over here!
I suppose? I’m not sure what service they’re on in Canada.
I’m rather annoyed that there are two seasons of Whittaker that I cannot get my hands on via streaming.
Fireworks display in front of many lit up apartment towers with thousands of people watching from the ground.
A crowd of people facing an outdoor stage. On stage a band plays. You can see the trees of the park beside the stage and through the stage.
An outdoor domed tent over a stage shows trees and a lake behind an orchestra and three soloists. Hundreds of people are watching.
An arch crosses the roadway. The arch reads “StreetFest on central”. A group of people is walking through the archway and towards the sunset.
As 2023 comes to an end I’m grateful for the time to reflect on and recover from an incredibly busy year.
