I’m helping organize Foothills Pride this year! It’s a great little community forward event happening in Sunland park where there will be LOTS OF SHADE! No parade, just booths and a stage for speeches, music, and performers. We even have Pickle Drag Queen! It’s going to be a lot of fun 🌈❤️

For almost 4 years I’ve worked non union jobs in animation which means I haven’t had MPI healthcare insurance or been able to contribute to my pensions, and it sucks. We need mailbox residuals on the negotiations agenda in 2024 ✊ 2/2
Members of the animation guild receive residuals in the form of health insurance and 2 pensions but they are only applicable if you have current working hours. With more and more jobs being outsourced to non union studios those residuals quickly become inaccessible. 1/2
