As an Asian woman, it brings up old, hurtful patterns of “you’re a side character” syndrome when this exceedingly rare blockbuster that actually stars my demographic and is of comparable quality and mainstream appeal as an Endgame or a Winter Soldier gets no coverage from my favorite media outlets.
