Feeling a little Caribbean after that nasty cold weather we had. Made some Frijoles Negros w/ lime, Cilantro Rice, and Testones. I started the plantains in the skillet then finished in the air fryer so they are not as golden as I would like but they are still delicious

WOW!!! The third and final installment of the 4MK series is beyond words. What an ending. I did not see the several twists coming. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!

A unique storytelling style, jumping between the late 1960s and 80s. It's a solid whodunit with a well veiled twist that'll keep you guessing. The characters could be more fleshed out, but it's still an enjoyable read. Fans of Rear Window and small-town secrets will love it.

This book had so much potential with its ambitious idea and plot, essentially a dark academy retelling of Dante's Inferno. However, the author's approach can be pretentious, turning sections into dry philosophical debates that overshadowed the plot at times. Still i gave it 3 stars.

Roasted red peppers and my home-made tofu ricotta. It was so good. Paired with some broccolini and some garlic bread. The ravioli was made with semolina, flour, and flax seeds (to give it a nutty taste). It came out perfect
