Great Dunmow Bookfest: we're turning our whole town into a bookshop! The town is the festival. Authors will be talking and reading all day in the local shops.
Great Dunmow Bookfest: Great Dunmow, Essex, UK. Sat 13th June, 12 noon to 5 pm.
I'm a guest at the Great Dunmow Bookfest on Saturday 13th July. The high street will be pedestrianized, authors will be talking and reading in the town's shops between 12 noon and 5pm.

The best dogs in SFF are free for a few days to celebrate this wonderful little chap. Although you can of course still buy the book anyway and sleep happy knowing you're contributing to his upkeep.

Yes, but Hatfield was Royal land and then sold off as a hunting estate, so has always been kept as a medieval hunting forest, it is unique in that it is apparently pretty much as it was (if you ignore the cafe and car parks). Epping has been a lot more messed around.
