Annoying UI design:

This arrow is in the wrong place. It looks like it will collapse the column it's in, the placement indicates it will work on that column.

Compare to X, which adds a header area that consumes real estate, but makes it intuitive what to expect.

If mail from mailchimp goes to spam what good are they? They had one job!
