For my own mental wellbeing I accepted the likelihood of relegation going into this game. The poor refereeing and their lucky goal happens. It’s not being defeatist, it’s my coping mechanism.

The one bright spot in that performance was Kinsky. Fair play to him, he stood up, he literally got knocked down and got back up again and showed bravery - all of that in the shadow of his nightmare in Madrid.

I was always more hopeful of a result next week at home than this game. We look toothless in front of goal.
