Hey thanks for providing this overview but there are a couple things that I would like to correct about WebStorm.

Generally we also have a free for non-commercial license and JetBrains AI does have a limited free option but you can also use your own chatgpt subscription or bring your own ACP agent

Was that in the CLI or in the IDE? Also where you using ask mode or auto?

Ok, I'm in: if you build a plugin for JetBrains IDEs, I can review your Gradle build script.

I'll verify if caching works, introduce all those good practices, and even migrate it out of Groovy.
