Another thing that helped me is to just stop caring about getting the perfect shape that I want and going with what I shit out onto the canvas. Quicker, longer strokes rather than short, precise strokes really does a lot (for me at least)

A lot of your heads end up looking very similar ‘cause of the 3/4 you always draw. Maybe try some more angles? I’ve been working on my expressions too and that’s helped me a lot!
