I have a scar from wrist to elbow on the side of my left arm from last years surgery… did I go back to work too soon after … well yes 🤦🏽‍♀️ I still have a bit of that tingly numb feeling around the scar but it’s one of those things that takes time and also the healing gel strips are good.
