Today we helped Paul out in Cambridge. He actually had a real head scratcher of a situation as a couple of keys on his keyboard were not working and occurring ONLY when trying to log into his computer. DaveTech was able to crack the case and help this repeat customer!

I shouldn’t complain bc I’m using open core legacy patcher to run Sequoia on a 2015 iMac but these 15+gb updates every few months is brutal and wondering how much of the size of the update is strategic vs necessary #MacOS
