I used to form my eggshells at work into "sculptures" for front of house to admire.

A fancy box filled with straw and four cheeses: Maasdam, Smoked pepper, Nettle and Makikihi Gold.

M has fascinated me with cheese. However there are no crackers.

I was thoroughly spoiled with great films, great food and great company 😊

Magic Faraway Tree!

We did! It was Miss 10 and my second time watching it in two weeks and we enjoyed it even more (especially Miss 10 giggling before the funny bits happened)

Took Miss 10 to see The Magic Faraway Tree. We both adore the books. I enjoyed it but a montage of the children visiting other places would have made it better. Miss 10 is already trying to negotiate going again tomorrow.

Spent all afternoon with food, set-up and rehearsal for Miss 10's drama and singing showcase. Decided last minute I couldn't sit in the audience so am watching through the kitchen window....

I've watched this four times today, the first being at school pickup trying not to audibly sob.

Miss 10, cutting up Explorers for lolly cake: "You look like Egyptian people from the pyramids!" Then the green ones were "You look like the dead people from Pompeii!"
I'm hoping she learned this information at school and am too afraid to ask.

On one hand, it's terribly sweet that my daughter wrote "I ❤️ U Mum" on the bathroom mirror but on the other hand it's in foot high letters using toothpaste.

Is anyone in the loop about this? Shunting this through right before Easter seems like it would cause a load of staffing issues for hospo.
